My main role is to develop the localization system for the MinDef project. Besides, I conducted research on Deep Image Retrieval and 3D reconstructions.
- Develop the on-device urban scane-based localization system on Android devices. There are some major components I have implemented on mobile:
- Image Retrieval (Triangluation Embedding (CPU + GPU))
- Vector Quantization (Product Quantization).
- Hashing-based Image Matching.
- Pose Estimation
- Implement and conduct experiments on deep hashing image retrieval and feature learning.
